1. Accounts

You must provide accurate business information when registering, including your business name, email, phone number and address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Plans and billing

Oasis POS is offered on Basic, Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans, billed monthly or yearly. You can upgrade at any time, with the change applying immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing date.

3. Payments and payouts

Card, bank transfer, USSD and mobile money payments are processed through Paystack, our licensed payment partner. Funds are held briefly before being paid out to your nominated bank account, less applicable Paystack processing fees.

4. Your data

You own your product, sales and customer data. You can export your data at any time from Reports.

1. What we collect

When you register, we collect your business name, email, phone number and business address, plus the product, sales and customer data you enter as you use the platform.

2. Payment data

Card, bank transfer and mobile money details are processed directly by Paystack, our licensed payment partner. Oasis POS does not store full card numbers.

3. Your rights

You can access, export or delete your business data at any time, or by emailing privacy@oasispos.com.
